A. Hi yes high temperature can be signs of teething. but to confirm please check for other signs of teething also such as excessive drooling of saliva, swollen gums and itching in gums, loose motions.

A. Hello ma’am You can give paracetamol to your child for the time being to settle down the fever you can maximum give this medicine for three days and after that you’ll have to consult your doctor if the fever does not subside. Since your child is starting to have its teeth you can start with calcareous PHOS you can give six tablets three times in a day with a gap of six hours
