#asktheexperts As I am working mom and have to take care of my a year old baby by myself I am not getting time for excercise. want to loose my weight. what should I do

A. Hi.. Intermittent fasting with low carb diet is very effective. you can check out videos related to this type of eating schedule for better understanding. Apple cider vinegar is also very helpful in loosing weight and tummy fat. I benefitted a lot from Mama Earth Apple Cider vinegar which is developed especially for new mum. Drink preferably empty stomach in the morning. You can also keep yourself active, cut down sugar...it's very bad for health. Good luck.
