A. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well blanaced diet. take different food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc keep your body well hydrated avoid drinking RO water take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day take enough sleep maintain good hygiene
