Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello Make child play a lot . engage the child in outdoor activities like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling daily Give a heavy bedtime meal like oats porridge or ragi porridge at night so that chikd is full & can sleep well
