#asktheexperts Are postpartum periods going to be heavy and bad forever now or it ll b back to my normal in. year or so.

A. ni no not forever. uf that's too much see a doctor ok.Try to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too dailyTry to cut on stress and un due tension. Eat more of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluids too daily

A. hi usually it alrights by the time. but if you have heavy discharge , severe pain then I advise you to consult your gynecologist for once. take healthy and well blanaced diet keep your body well hydrated Maintain good hygiene
