RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. No it does not cause infertility to a boy but yes it is true that you should not use diaper on 24 x 7 because it is going to create a lot of rashes and sometimes they can create fungal infections also which is really painful and irritable for the child
