#asktheexperts any tips and tricks to make my daughter eat solid foods.. she only take food that are grinded.. she is not able to swallow if the food is not finely grinded

A. happens during teething phase. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day offer more liquids and fruits to improve appetite and digestion

A. Start with soft solids first like banana, apple, upma, rava halwa, sevaai khir, upma, poha, idli, these are all healthy food and your baby will be able to easily eat and swallow it after that offcourse you could start with hard solids.
