Rekha GuptaMom of a 5 yr 3 m old boy3 days agoA. Give kanthprash ayurvedic cough syrup.. It is the best rigth now and it is very effective syrup. We also use kanthprash for our son very good syrup..

Wikoryl af Is it good antiallergy but I would recommend you to check with your doctor before you give any medicine to the child as a child is too small or whatever is best in your favour do we given to the child your doctor would be able to help you with it
