#asktheexperts Am the mother of 3 month old baby...my breast milk is not sufficient for the baby. ..soo what else can I give....except formula milk

A. Hello Mom, If you are not yet able to express enough breast milk for your baby. You will need to supplement formula milk or else make sure that baby is nursing efficiently. Offer both sides at each feeding. Offer feeding frequently. For 3 months give your baby only breast milk. Thank you have a nice day..
