Eat Well have all multivitamins live 52 calcium all these tablets on a regular basis all these things are very very good as of now apart from that if your family is tested positive there is a bright chance of you also catching the infection in future so just make sure that you’re away from all these people always put on a mask and gloves whenever you are around them or serving them anything you have to take care of yourself really very well
