POOJA KOTHARIExpecting Mom due this month3 months agoA. A 3-month and 10-day-old baby is in the early stages of developing neck and body strength. Here’s what to expect:
Neck control: Most babies begin to hold their head steady by around 3 to 4 months. With daily tummy time, their neck muscles will strengthen faster. Rolling over: Babies usually start rolling from tummy to back around 4 months, and from back to tummy by 5–6 months.
To support your baby’s development:
Give tummy time daily for a few minutes (gradually increasing it). Encourage movement by placing toys or your face nearby during tummy time. Talk, sing, and engage with your baby to stimulate interest and activity.
Each baby grows at their own pace, so if your child is alert, feeding well, and moving arms/legs actively, there’s usually no need to worry.
