Okay I would want to ask have you given a lot of screen time to the child because a lot of screen time can lead to speech delay in a way that the child only speaks for the child has been hearing on the screen but cannot do a regular conversation which is normal as of now but you should avoid Screen Time and try to focus upon 1 to 1 conversation conversations and communication
