#asktheexperts again repeating same thing about constipation , I kept Sopisiter also and done slf medication... plz tell something that she can pass stool easily

A. Hello good morning !! Avoid using suppositories for constipation which might get habitat in the long run. Do a gentle tummy massage with coconut oil or castor oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction,this will give relief from gas and constipation issues.
