#asktheexperts after starting solids to my 6months baby suffering from constipation, he is not able to pass motion, it is very hard stool

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician4 months agoA. Hello parents good afternoon This is a normal when we start to give soild food items to baby.try to give semisolid food items first like apple puree,mashed fruits,etc.give fibre rich contain diet.give plenty of oral liquids to baby.it will help

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 months agoA. mam this is normal when the baby starts semi solid foods. please boil saunf ajwain and pudina in water and give it to the baby on cooling off. also massage baby stomach clockwise and anti clockwise using coconut oil. please do cycling leg exercise of the baby to relieve from constipation.
