Q.

#asktheexperts after delivery through C section I have gained weight alot nad also having stretch marks on my calfs and thighs so what is the solution??

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles. don't do diet for now. it can affect your child. you can start workout after completion of one year. use mama earth anti stretch marks cream 4-5 times per day

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal after delivery to gain weight and after six months you can reduce it with regular exercise nd yoga . and also use mamaearth or tummy butter stretch marks removal cream. and apy Aleoveera gel as it is a natural skin healer. take care
