follow a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. As hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, amla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
lastly Avoid stress and take adequate rest n sleep.
