Gayatri DawdaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi after 6 months initially you start with liquids like dal & rice water then slowly move to soft solids like upma sheera porridge mashed potatoes, boiled apple so Breastfeeding frequency will reduce probably 2 to 4 times in 24 hours
