Hair fall is completely normal and common so I would just suggest you to have Iron and omega-3 supplements and try and include more of Iron which diet as well along with that it is going to be good that you start applying onion juice into your scale 3 to 4 times in the week and then just do regular shampoo with any sulphate and chemical free shampoo
