#asktheexperts After 30 what are the supplements required any additional apart from food intake pls suggest having problem of weakness and fatigue

A. Keep few things in mind like eat a calcium phosphorus rich diet as Continuous fatigue or lethargy could be due to low levels of Vitamin D so eat a healthy nutritious diet include moringa in your diet ragi makhana sleep well take atleast 7 to 8 hours sleep stay physically active
