Ma’am you can give paracetamol to the child and also can put nasal drops in the nose to open the nasal passage if it’s running nose please give oral medicine if he has been prescribed previously and please connect with the doctor for further assessment and avoid sending the school for two or three days because it could also be associated with too much of heat in the weather
