#asktheexperts 6 months baby after started solid for 3 days he gets constipated and struggled to poop and poop was very hard baby get cried after pooping

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. after introducing weaning food and complementary food it is important to see that the food you have introduced should not cause constipation or gas formation in the child.
it is important to introduce fiber diet adnd plenty of water for the child in the form of pulses cereals vegetables and fruits.
you can add papaya pear oats which will help in decreasing trhe chances of constipation.
Give plenty of water to drink
if the problem continues your doctor will add constipation medicine like polythene glycol.
