You have to restrict the amount of chocolates that you’re giving you to tell your child that you will get one chocolate after lunch and one after dinner this is how you have to do it and you can make some healthy chocolates and sweet options at chocolates or sweet using jaggery and dates but you still have to restrict the amount of chocolates for the child
