#asktheexperts 2 days ago my wife and me tested COVID positive now we are at home isolation. my 4 month old son separate form us to other room and avoid from Breast feeding so any affected to my child for this situation and is it required COVID test of my son and if it is important test for my son how i test. is it same test done by older... by the way my English is not good so please try to understand..

A. U See your wife can breastfeed the child during Covid also with all the precautions and if your child does not have any fever or any other symptoms that I don’t think so you need to get it checked with your doctor if your child is fine then don’t go for a check up but yes you can keep yourself in isolation and keep the child with the mother because a child has to often feed take a feed from the mother but the mother has to take all the precautions whenever close to the child
