Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentenfhuces properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

You said your child don’t speak and understand she is your dad understanding or not understanding that’s not clear to me at all but I was just like to tell you here if your child is not only speaking but understanding every thing then it is a positive sign but if your child is not speaking and not even understanding anything then that’s a matter of concern in that case you should consult a child psychologist onceWrite Your Answer Here
