A. exercising is the best way to reduce the tummy fat do not reduce your diet and have more of proteinicious diet along with regular daily walking and workout for at least 5 to 7 minutes for about 2 to 3 months regularly which is very effective to reduce the belly fat

A. If You had a normal delivery then you please go ahead with a proper workout that you want to do but don’t a dieting if you’re exclusively breastfeeding the child so you can definitely focus on doing any kind of good exercising
