take medication as advised by your doctor.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly.
prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables

I am unable to see any report on my work so I will not be able to tell you are so what exactly is there and what would be the issue if you feel that your child is weak then Mausi sometime this things can happen you do nutritional deficiency but you take a clarity from your doctor on the report and then go ahead as per their suggestion onlyWrite Your Answer Here
