ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom Pleas do not loose hope , be Patient and have dedication .. your body has undergone a lot and would take time . And at times would be difficult, be mindful of what you are eating and also keep in mind you are a lactating mother and you need healthy calories .
