#AskTheExpert11 days after delivery when ever I am going toilet nd passing stool that time pain occurred because of piles.so what should I do.

A. hi mom take fibre rich diet plenty of water ... consult with your doctor for proper examination and treatment as it can lead to bleeding and future problems like fissure
