#AskTheExpert Zuni is 5 months old. from last few days she is passing 5 to 6 stools every day. upto 4 months she used to pass 1 stool per day or 2 days... stool is neither watery nor much. I want to ask is it normal? currently I supplement her along with breastmilk..

A. Hello good afternoon!! Pooping 5-8 months is normal as it is not watery motions dont worry. As you are supplementing along with breast milk, change in feed also impacts on poop. Until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested from 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed.
