#AskTheExpert zee Hello My son has got some white spots around his cheeks and now when I look more into it, it seems tat it can be seen around his ear lobes too... Is it an infection or a deficiency of vitamin or iron??? Kindly help

give well balance diet..
include all seasonal fruits and vegetables in diet .
