Q.

#AskTheExpert yesterday was my due date. As I didn't got periods so checked today. Also my periods cycle keeps on fluctuating. what does this test mean??

A. Are you pregnant or not? They could be fluctuations of even seven days when it comes to periods And it is still considered as normal so if it is prolonging beyond that then consult a doctorWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mommy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Maintain hygiene It’s seems positive Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
