#AskTheExpert yesterday my daughter ate fish little bit.she done night 2 times loose motion . after onwards she tired lot. morning onwards she didn't motion. but she is looking so weak

A. can be gastric upset. if this is the problem then I would advise you to see a near by doctor for further opinion on this matter as that shall be the best for this matter for now.

Hi mommy Give three meal and two snacks Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
