#AskTheExpert yesterday I delivered the baby but there is no milk secretion in my breast and also no supportive nipple baby is crying for mother milk every two hr giving formula milk even though baby is keep crying what to do doctor

and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemacde food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for
shatavacri supplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation
also take multivitamins iron calcium and vitamin d along with folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation
