#asktheexpert would like to know the meal plan for my 1 year old fyi he is alergic to dairy so he has formula instead

as such there isn't any need of specific diet
you can serve whatever you take in your own plate
but as child is having milk allergy, give other food items like Ragi, nuts,dry fruits as substitute of milk
