Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please cognsult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routfine check up done

It Is safe but there are certain things associated with that that you’ll have to take proper bedrest and all you cannot exert yourself and sometimes you know they could be issues when you will have to go for an emergency C-section a lot of things associated with it because of placenta is very low
