#asktheexpert Wish to know what kind of diet we must give to our daughter to make her healthy.

A. Hai good morning !! For balanced diet include protein, calcium,high calorie foods in diet. Milk and diary products,dals, dry fruits,soya, millets,grains,egg,meat, fruits and vegetables, leafy greens in regular diet meets nutritional requirement. Cereals,Millet, grains based breakfast Fruits/dry fruits as mid morning. Rice/roti with Dal, curd ,vegetables,egg,meat - Lunch, dinner. Home made juices,malts,milk shakes, soaked nut ,dry fruits ladoo, Barfi , fruits as evening snacks.
