Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes it happens when teeth poke out. so ,I advise to give gentle massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child. or to soothe sore and itchy gums, you can provide silicone teether to chew. I would suggest Babyhug silicone teether which is specially designed for this
