#asktheexpert Why no sugar and cow milk to child ?

A. Hello good morning !! Below one years babies cant digest heavy foods like animals milks,egg,non vegeterian. Similarly processed ,packed foods are also not suggested as sugar,oil is processed foods avoided until one year. You can use ghee ,dates powder or syrup alternate but check purity. Formula milk or breast milk is suggested along with semi solid foods from 6th month onwards.
