#AskTheExpert why my son is not more weight gain?my bay birth time wait 3.4 and current weight is 4.2 and my baby is 2 months old please reply

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician2 years agoA. weight seems good it should double the birth weight by 5 month of age Weight gain depeens upon birth weight and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it feed for 10 to 15 min from each side

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Your baby is doing well. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400gms to 500gms in a month. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
