#asktheexpert why my daughter is not taking enough milk she takes solids like khichdi mashed banana oats etc but she is very thin her weight is 9 kgs and she is 13 month old

A. Dear mum, weight of 9 kg is normal for 13 months old baby, do not worry. You can give milk in the form of recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years. You can also add powdered nuts to milk to enhance the taste. You can also give fruit smoothies.
