#asktheexpert why my child is so thin? how can I make her healthy?

A. child should be healthy not chubby. still if you feel weight is on lower side then start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. it is more important that the child should be healthy the body structure is not all that important although to help to be put on weight I would recommend you to try to incorporate white rice potato paneer eggs dry fruits banana in the everyday diet
