A. Dear parent, grinding teeth can be due to physical or emotional stress or due to adjustment taking place with newly erupting teeth. Try to make the child relaxed and emotionally secure. Grinding teeth subsides usually with age. In case of damage to teeth, professional consultation may be required.

A. Usually it is associated with worms in the tummy so you can check with your doctor on that and they are visible in the poop of the child as well so you can monitor that and then you can give a deworming medication hopefully that is going to be quite helpful for you
