SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi, if the kid is overfed then baby will gain more weight and if you are giving more milk also. So make sure to give food in smaller quantity and make sure he has a good diet like veggies, fruits, pulses. Avoid cheesy and oily foods. Give fresh and home-made food. Take your baby out for playing 1 to 2 hours in a day physical activity is very important.
