Could be due to an underlying illness like fever or cold or stomach ache or colic etc., If it is so, the baby will regain the appetite after he or she gets well. If not, keep watching the babys urine output. Your baby should be peeing anywhere between six to ten times a day which means ge is taking feeds properly. If not consult with ur doctor.
