Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also mhake the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night tehrrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Say I’m not very sure as to why this is happening about Mausi a child to sleep for a minimum of 12 hours during the night time even if the child wakes up once or twice for a feeling then also a minimum sleep is definitely good enough for a child to go for at least 12 hoursWrite Your Answer Here
