ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. green poop in babies is nothing to worry about, in breast fed babies indicate: an imbalance of foremilk/hindmilk, often resulting in frothy green stools. of it your baby is formula fed than that is also normal.
