Manali K MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi parent BM is the best food for babies.. If possible stick to BM only.. Improve your BM quantity and quality by taking nutritious diet , sunbath and ayurvedic medication. You may take leptadene tablets twice a day fwith glass of milk for four weeks
