#asktheexpert why my baby is always hungry at night after eating dinner. eventhough she takes heavy dinner. Day time less appetite.

Hello mom Kindly check if the dinner is quite filling enough and before going to sleep give her a cup of milk preferably a cow’s milk or any as you prefer and in between if she wakes up for hunger please give us some water and try to put it back to sleep if required to an extreme give her only milk
