#asktheexpert ...why my baby cannot gain weight?? she is 8mnth 8days old babygirl and her weight is 7kg. or she is unable to sit properly?

A. Weight gain in a child is a good indicator for proper health of the child and there should be a regular weight gain as per the age of the child. if there is not a proper weight gain it can be because of many factors and three most important causes are Baby not taking enough calories Baby is not absorbing the enough calories which the baby is thaking Baby is burning too many calories . So a pro ccper assessment is very important to know the cause regarding this .

A. A child can learn to sit independently by the time of 8- 8 1/2 month give it a week more and apart from that if your child is not gaining weight but your child is eating well so I think you should just go ahead with a consultation with your doctor all this and also get it checked that as to why your child is not able to sit independently as of nowWrite Your Answer Here
