A. according to weather conditions it can keep varying so nothing to get worries provided ur baby is taking proper amount of milk and semi liquid diet n if he is passing motion n urine frequently there nothing to get worried make use if natural ingredients such as fresh milk malai milk or curd for bathing ur child
